Reaching Every Employee, Everywhere.

The Challenge

Kendra Scott is one of Austin's most recognized homegrown brands, known for its jewelry, its philanthropic Kendra Cares initiative, and a company culture built around what it calls the "Family." Twice a year, that culture takes center stage at the Family Meeting, a company-wide gathering held at the Kendra Scott Home Office that blends business updates, culture moments, and employee recognition for an in-room audience alongside employees watching remotely.

For the June 2026 Family Meeting, Kendra Scott needed a partner who could deliver a polished hybrid production for an in-room audience of 60 to 80 attendees while reliably streaming the program to as many as 1,500 remote employees, many of them at retail stores rather than sitting at a desk. This wasn't a casual internal video call; it was a business-critical broadcast on a fast-approaching timeline, with a compressed one-hour live program and an audience that expected the same elevated, on-brand experience Kendra Scott brings to everything it does. Kendra Scott turned to PixelForge for production value and technical reliability that could hold up at enterprise scale.

The Process

Hire PixelForge and the technology just works. That's the baseline, not the pitch. Reliable streaming, easy access for every employee whether they're in the building or behind a register at a store across the country, a smooth experience for in-room and remote audiences alike: those are table stakes PixelForge solves for by default on every show, including the Family Meeting. That's what let the Kendra Scott team walk into the Home Office that day and think about their content, not their connection.

With the fundamentals handled, PixelForge could put its energy where it actually moves the needle: turning a company meeting into a show. Rather than a single static shot of a presenter at a podium, the Family Meeting was built and shot like a television program, with multiple camera angles cutting live to keep the energy up, thoughtful framing and lighting that gave the room presence on screen, and a visual rhythm that held attention for the full hour instead of letting it drift. Presenters were supported and made comfortable on stage so they could focus entirely on their message, while PixelForge handled everything happening around them: the graphics, the pacing, the cuts, the moments that made the broadcast feel produced rather than simply recorded.

The result was a program that read less like an internal town hall and more like something Kendra Scott's own audience would expect to see on a screen anywhere else: polished, well-shot, and genuinely watchable, whether you were sitting in the room or watching from the field.

Some Key Elements of our contribution included

  • It Just Works: Reliable, enterprise-grade streaming and easy access for every employee, whether on-site or in the field, handled as a given so the client never had to think about it.

  • Television-Style Production: Multiple live camera angles, thoughtful framing, and a produced pace turned the meeting into a show, not a recording.

  • Presenter Support: On-stage comfort and coaching let presenters focus on their message while PixelForge handled everything else.

  • A Compelling Experience: Graphics, pacing, and visual storytelling brought the in-room energy of the Family Meeting to every screen watching remotely.

The Result

The Family Meeting came together as one of the most well-received in Kendra Scott's history, with the production praised internally as elevated, polished, and thoughtful. Feedback came quickly and directly from the Kendra Scott team, and it wasn't just about the technology working; it was about the PixelForge crew's ability to move with the room, stay flexible under a live event's inevitable curveballs, and make the Kendra Scott Family shine.

By integrating with the equipment Kendra Scott already had on hand rather than bringing in a fully separate build, PixelForge was able to deliver a broadcast-caliber experience while keeping the production efficient and cost-effective for the client, real value without compromising the polish of the day.

The relationship didn't end with the livestream link. Within days of the event, Kendra Scott had already asked PixelForge to return for the next Family Meeting later in the year, a strong signal of the trust built on-site.

  • "The creativity, attention to detail & teamwork you, Mark, Kris & Jon poured into our spaces & livestream made this Family Meeting one of the best in KS history. I had such a great time collaborating with y'all & am so proud of this team for orchestrating the kind of elevated, polished & thoughtful production KS & its employees deserve."
